  15. I have an Etech Bullet 28.8 modem running in a pentium box with Windows 95.  The 
  16. modem works fine to hook up to most services, but for one (LEXIS Counsel Connect) 
  17. the modem hangs up the line after about one second.  I've tried using the same 
  18. initialization strings that work for other online services, but to no avail.  Any 
  19. suggestions?
